  • Returns & Issues

    Because each Lumines piece is handcrafted, made-to-order, and shipped internationally, we do not accept standard returns for change of mind, aesthetic preferences, or measurement errors.

    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence. Once verified, we will offer an appropriate solution such as a partial refund, replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on the situation.

    Returns are not required due to the size and nature of our pieces.

    Pre-Shipment Photos

    To ensure full transparency, we can provide photos or videos of your finished piece before it ships, allowing you to review the craftsmanship, textures, and details prior to delivery.

    Handcrafted Variations

    Natural variations in wood grain, tone, and texture, along with small measurement differences (±4–9 cm), are normal and part of the Wabi-Sabi aesthetic. These are not considered defects.

  • Shipping Times

    Because many Lumines pieces are handcrafted to order, delivery times vary depending on size and craftsmanship:

    • Large Furniture (tables, cabinets, oversized pieces): 30–45 days
    • Medium Items (chairs, stools, decor sets): 15–25 days
    • Small Decor & Accessories: 7–12 business days

    Each product page lists a specific estimated delivery window.
    We work closely with our artisans and logistics partners to ensure your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible.
